What are varicose veins?
Most common in the feet and legs, varicose veins are those that appear enlarged and swollen and blue to dark purple in colour. Whilst the symptoms may vary slightly from person to person, most people with varicose veins suffer from the legs feeling heavy, achy and swollen. Many also report in the area muscle cramps and dry, itchy skin. Whilst if you are in serious discomfort you should visit a doctor, if it is more just unsightly and annoying, you can begin by trying some natural methods to help with varicose veins.
Begin by doing more exercise and keeping active; try not to stand or sit still for too long and keep the blood flowing by regularly moving and taking breaks. In addition to this, you can try using natural products to help, with ingredients such as maritime bark, butchers broom, horse chestnut, apple cider vinegar and witch hazel being said to be very beneficial.
Varesil Cream formula
One main way to help the skin on a number of different levels is through hydration. This is why the formula contains moisturising Shea Butter and Allantoin. Collagen has also been included to help with the maintenance of the moisture levels in the skin.
To help keep the skin resilient, the formula contains revitalising Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil (Grape Seed Oil) and Cupressus. It also includes Citrus Aurantium Peel Oil which is rich in Vitamin C and beneficial for the normal function of the skin.
If the skin is dry and irritated, it is also important to use ingredients that can be calming. In the cream there is included Lavender, Chamomile and Aloe for a gentle and soothing sensation as well as for a pleasantly fragrant aroma.
To protect the skin from weakness, firstly, Niacinamide has been included. This is a form of Vitamin B3 which is known for the maintenance of normal skin. It also contains Vitamin E which is known to contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
