Harrogate Spa
Back in the 16th Century the small town of Harrogate in North Yorkshire achieved the name ‘The English Spa’ after 88 mineral springs were discovered. These springs we found to contain a number of beneficial minerals including sulphur, iron and salt which turned them into a popular destination for natural spa treatments. Since the discovery of the springs, wealthy visitors from all over the world began travelling to the town to discover the benefits of the famous spring waters for themselves.
Sulphur and the skin

One of the main roles of sulphur in the body is to aid in the production of collagen, the vital protein that acts as a sort of building block for the structure of the cells. As with all of the Harrogate product range, this hand and face wash is made using hand-drawn spring water and sulphur from Harrogate's famous spa that has then been combined with a number of skincare ingredients including vitamin E and lemongrass oil. Designed not to dry out the skin whilst washing, this hand and face wash can be used on all skin types, even sensitive, and is ideal for those with dryness and irritation. It’s gentle cleansing action also makes it suitable for daily use, making it the perfect addition to any skincare routine.

How to use
To use the Harrogate Sulphur Hand and Face Wash simply apply to wet hands or face, massage into the skin and then rinse off. We suggest then following up your skincare routine with other Harrogate Sulphur products to continue to help with looking after your skin.
As this sulphur hand and face wash contains natural ingredients and mineral spring water from Harrogate's Spa, it is gentle enough to use on all skin types on a daily basis with no known side effects. As with all skincare products, we suggest looking at the ingredients list to check for any personal allergies before first use. This hand and face was is intended for external use so avoid contact with the mouth and eyes. If it does get into the eyes, rinse with clean water.
